    We enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a view of the inner harbour. The view is amazing from our room, from the lobby and the restaurant. We arrived very early because of our flight time. They took our bags and stored them from us until we could get into our room. They got us checked in 3 hrs before usual checkin. They have a large weight room and pool so we got in a great work out to start the day. The hotel is on the water and there is a sea wall directly in front of the hotel where we walked for 3 hours along the ocean. Multiple benches for sitting, relaxing and taking in the view. Only 5 minute walk across the bridge into downtown Victoria. Great place. Loved it!

    We had a great time there. Staff was excellent. Hotel was very clean. I usually check the tops of items for dust to see how clean of a job the cleaning staff does and this was to notch. No dust! In the bathroom things were stocked. Linens were clean and crisp. Nothing under bed (including dust bunnies). Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

    I went to the hotel for a professional gathering and I was unsure about where the room was that I needed to go to. So I went up to someone who was clearly a staff member and I ask them for directions. The girl who spoke with me was very nice she had a wonderful smile and she was happy to point me in the direction that I needed to be going, and then told me to find her if I needed anything else.

    This is a very nice hotel. The staff were amazingly helpful. I had two challenges. First, central reservations does not have the authority to make it right. Second, the temperature in my room rose over night and became uncomfortable for sleeping. I am staying at this hotel shortly. I am looking forward to it.
