    I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Storwick. He has seen my mom and grandma as well and always has a sense of humor, making an uncomfortable appointment way more enjoyable. I will say, however, that the staff at the front desk have been completely snobby and rude. I recently called to book an appointment, and the girl who answered the phone made me feel like I was bothering her. I feel stupid asking any question because they are always so snarky. Dr. Storwick is amazing but I cannot stand the rude staff.

 Once you are changed and ready, the dermatologist will enter the room with the physician’s assistant and begin a head-to-toe skin exam. This is a good time to ask about any spots you are worried about. Our dermatologists can educate you on what to look for, such as any changes in the size, color, borders, or shape of a mole.

Expectations for phone and email inquiries: If we receive your phone call or email Sunday through Thursday, we will respond within one business day. If your correspondence is received after 4 pm on Friday, on the weekend, or on a holiday; you may expect a response on the next business day. 

New patients: We look forward to meeting you at your first visit to Storwick & Associates. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. You will be required to complete a patient intake form. This will include your demographic information, emergency contacts and health history.

Changing or cancelling your appointment:  At Storwick & Associates we understand that you may have a busy schedule and appointments might need to be cancelled or rescheduled. We kindly ask that you inform us of the change at least 24 hours in advance. This allows other patients the opportunity to schedule an appointment, and ensures that our staff can better manage our schedule.

If you are a NEW medical patient, a faxed referral from your family physician is required. Once the referral is received, it will be triaged according to urgency and you will be notified by our clinic of the appointment date and time within 3-5 business days.
