    TERRIBLE BILLING every single bill im overdue???, i have called shaw directly,as well as online chat , and asked how much i need to pay to be completely caught right up to current date, i pay exactly the exact amount , but yet the billings always say im behind minus the fact they bill for a month that isnt even here yet, witch is totally stupid, but,,, , i paid up in Full last month, exactly to the current month , and here we are again with past due charges of 123.00??? Wtf? My bill should be 69.90 plus tax PERIOD, I PAY IT EVERY MONTH, I also have internet 150 , and im soooooo not getting that speed on desktop PC, MY , laptop or any other ethernet connected devices, wifi on my tablet is even worse , reads 70 to 80 , i do not have cable crap and also Dumped their landline phone as well, Im Soooooooooooo NOT IMPRESSED, I ALWAYS PAY EVERY SINGLE MONTH WITHOUT FAIL, RIDICULOUS,!!!

    It is bad experience as every time you end off service and you confirmed what is left to pay but it still sent you extra monthly charge. It is hussle and very bad experience every time for passed 10 years

    If you are a student and want Internet discount than it is a good place. But I should warn you once the promotion period is over you going to get a long big fat bill with shaw . Avoid if possible

❖ Installation fee: Online orders or orders for 2-year ValuePlans where customers are adding a new service are eligible for no-fee installation. Internet customers and TV customers may be eligible to self-install certain Internet and TV hardware with no-fee. Hardware self-install eligibility is determined at checkout. An installation fee of $100 will be applied for all other service and hardware orders. For customers that self-install Internet hardware only, the billing cycle for the added or new service(s) will begin on the earlier of the date of hardware installation and activation or 14 days from the date of shipping. For both TV only and TV and Internet customers that self-install TV hardware, the billing cycle for all added or new service(s) will begin on the earlier of the date of hardware installation and activation or 6 days from the date of shipping.

^  The 2-year ValuePlan is available as an Internet only agreement or Internet and TV agreement. BlueSky TV is only available on an Internet and TV Agreement. Internet and TV agreements require a minimum service level of Limited TV and Internet 150 when including BlueSky TV; otherwise a minimum entry service level of Small TV combined with Internet 30 or higher is required. Shaw Phone services may be added or removed at any time outside of the 2-year ValuePlan. When subscribing to BlueSky TV, customers receive a complimentary BlueSky TV box and BlueSky TV portal when subscribed to Internet 150 and Small TV or higher. Otherwise, a monthly rental fee of $15 per month per BlueSky TV box and a monthly rental fee of $5 per month per BlueSky TV portal will apply. New customers subscribing to Blueky TV with Limited TV and Internet 150 will receive complimentary rentals of a BlueSky TV box and BlueSky TV portal for the first year and a discounted monthly rental fee of $5 per month for their first BlueSky TV box thereafter. For non-BlueSky TV packages, under an Internet and TV 2-year ValuePlan, customers receive a complimentary Gateway HDPVR rental with up to two free portal rentals. Additional equipment extra. Free installation for new customers or when adding new services as part of a 2-year ValuePlan. Early cancellation fees apply and will be calculated based on the number of months remaining in the 2-year ValuePlan multiplied by the early cancellation fee ($15 per month for the Internet only agreement or $20 per month for the Internet and TV agreement). π Unlimited long-distance calling is available for calls within Canada and to the U.S with the exception for calls made in and to NWT area code 867, Hawaii area code 808, and Alaska area code 907. Includes residential calling only (direct dialed conversations or voice mail messages). Chat lines, data, fax, multi-party lines, long-distance calls made using call forwarding, conference calling, and three-way calling features, or pay-per-call services to areas which impose unusually high costs on Shaw are prohibited. Shaw reserves the right to terminate enrolment in the unlimited long distance plan. Prices are subject to change. Shaw International calls that exceed the 1000 minutes will be billed at the rate of $0.05-per-minute ($0.02-per-minute for China and Hong Kong). International long-distance calls to mobile/cellular/specialty numbers, including international services such as premium services, international pages services, international audio-to-text-messaging services and non-geographic or satellite phone numbers are not included in the 1000 minutes. Shaw offer and long distance-rates are subject to change without notice. The 1000 minutes International Long distance calling plan is available exclusively to customers that subscribe to the Personal Home Phone + Features voice plan.

ᚖ Customers that have chosen Internet 150 on an Internet only 2-year ValuePlan or Internet 150 and Limited TV, Small TV, Medium TV or Large TV on an Internet and TV 2-year ValuePlan will receive a price guarantee on those base service(s) and, if applicable, the Personal Home Phone package base service. The monthly fees payable for the price guaranteed base service(s) during Year 1 and the monthly fees payable for the price guaranteed base service(s) during Year 2 will remain fixed and not increase during the stated terms as a result of normal rate increases applicable to all Shaw customers. ⊛ Live TV streaming via FreeRange TV is available to all Shaw TV subscribers, full FreeRange TV App access is only available to Shaw TV subscribers with Video on Demand (available at no extra cost).
