The movie we saw was amazing! The seats were comfortable. THE VOLUME WAS WAYYYYY TOO LOUD. I actually worried that my sons ears would be damaged!

Great Place to watch a movie. The new consession Line up is nice making sure no one budges. First come first serve. Seats are comfy and the new digital projectors make a crisp real view. Staff Is usually easy to deal with. Few of them have a Sassy Attitude But the Mangers are super understanding and usually solve any problems within reason of course. Overall Great time. Cheers,

Super uncomfortable seats.. do not recline or move at all.. It is an old school movie theatre from 30 years ago. No leg room. During the movie I could even hear loud sounds from the other room next to us. Very bad. This could be a huge successful place if they upgrade to 2016 standards, right now it is a joke , which is very sad for a major city such as Kelowna.

I mostly like this theater the sound is good which means a lot to me, the screens are big, the staff are generally nice and polite, but the new seats are very uncomfortable and that is a shame.
