A Calgary standard for Dim Sum and western style Chinese food. Kid friendly, the food is hot, tasty, and served with a good pacing. Especially the dim sum which is really the signature of the Silver Dragon. Parking is a down side, like most places in Chinatown. The walk is fine through the character architecture of Chinatown; it is the price per five minutes in city or private lots that hurts (expect to add $10-20/hour to your brunch to park per vehicle. Evening and weekends are cheaper parking.) Access for those with mobility issues is problematic.

This is the dim sum place I used to go with my co-workers, location is convienent if you work in downtown. The food is good, you can order most of the Chinese tradition dim sum here, price is reasonable as well. I hope the restaurant can develop some new dishes to surprise guest. Also, the decoration is a little bit dated.
