    Sterling is a Honorable place to rent from i was with them for 5 years and they gave me a hard time when i needed fixes done to my place so then i put my notice in and moved then it took them a long time to get back to me on my damage deposit and when they did they were trying to over charge me and instead of working it out they sent it to collections not a good company at all

    Sterling Management from my experience is a decant property management company. have never had any issues with them and they seem to be willing to work with you when there is any issues regarding late rent, maintenance issues, etc.

    Rob is a big lier, he promise something and then changes his mind, dont take them at all, they charge 100 for water a month for the newport townhouses and they dont give the bill, also the rents are all down and they dont change it, the girl who shows the houses is so arrognat and thinks highly of herself, dont take these guys at all!!!.

    Very shady company and the people working there. They will use whatever excuse to make your dealings with then as horrible as they can from charging you ridiculous fees to holding whatever they can from you ie furniture, mail or whatever they can get a hold of.

    Fast, professional, accommodating. I had very pleasant stay in Fort St. John, and I will definitely will use them again!
